I’ve made the mistakes so you don’t have to.
Four years ago, when I first started as a real estate agent, I was grinding—calling expireds, chasing FSBOs, and dealing with low-quality Facebook and pay-per-click leads. I was doing well, but I was burning out fast. It felt like I was working so hard for every deal, and I knew there had to be a better way.
Then Google Local Services launched for Realtors, and I jumped on it immediately. I had already seen its potential when I used it as a locksmith to bring in consistent, high-quality leads, so I knew what it could do. What I didn’t expect was how game-changing it would be for real estate.
In the first six months alone, we closed around 40 deals directly from Google Local Services Ads. That success continued, and today, we close about 40 deals a year—all from this platform.
At first, I was just helping other agents at my brokerage or friends set up their Google profiles for free. Before long, word got out—if you had a question about Google, you went to Ben. I was flooded with calls, spending hours a day on Zoom helping agents for free. It got to a point where I couldn’t keep up with my business and help everyone who was reaching out.
That’s when agents started asking if they could pay me to help them.
And that’s how GOING BIG was born.
We created GOING BIG to help agents use Google Local Services Ads to grow their businesses, just like I did. The goal? To help agents generate consistent, high-quality leads without grinding themselves into the ground.
Since launching, we’ve helped over 200 agents across the country transform their businesses through Local Services Ads.
Every Thursday, we host a free class where we break down exactly how Google Local Services works, share case studies, and show you the power of these ads. It’s one of the most comprehensive classes out there on the topic, and it’s completely free.
If you’re ready to stop grinding and start getting leads that come to you, let me know. I’d love to help you.
